[Simh] simh 3.2-0 large file support on linux - patchset

Following Bob's reply about scp_tty.c and sim_fio.c I finally found a
solution for the LFS stuff on Linux. Please find attached two patches - one
for the makefile and a second one for the sim_fio.c source. Apply the
patches to your simh source tree and '# make USE_LINUX_LFS'. This enables
64bit disk support (at least for the VAX). You have to use the USE_LINUX_LFS
flag explicitly on the make commandline to enable LFS support - like
USE_NETWORK for pcap stuff.

This has been tested on Debian/Woody (glibc2.2, gcc-3.0, ext3, kernel
2.4.26) and worked with disks up to 100GB so far.
